फरीदाबाद शहर में एक अगस्त से 30 प्रतिशत पानी की आपूर्ति बढ़ेगी : मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल

- गुरुग्राम-फरीदाबाद के बीच इंटरसिटी बस सर्विस शुरू की जाएगी, शहर में नए रूट बढ़ाए जाएंगे
- शहर को पूर्व से पश्चिम जोड़ने के लिए 2 नई सड़कें बनाई जाएंगी, अधूरी सड़कों के लिए भी नीति बनाई जाएगी
- शहर के 14 ब्लड बैंक को जोड़कर 1 पोर्टल तैयार किया जाएगा, जरूरतमंदों को तुरंत मिलेगी जानकारी
फरीदाबाद,17 जुलाई। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि एक अगस्त से शहर में 60 एमएलडी पेयजल की सप्लाई बढ़ाई जाएगी। इसके लिए नगर निगम द्वारा पहले से लगाए गए छह रैनीवैल को एफएमडीए द्वारा शुरू करवा दिया गया है। इसके शहर में रैनीवैल की संख्या बढ़कर 22 हो जाएगी और पेयजल की आपूर्ति 180 एमएलडी तक पहुंच जाएगी और शहर को 30 प्रतिशत अतिरिक्त पानी मिलेगा। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल शनिवार को फरीदाबाद महानगर विकास प्राधिकरण (एफएमडीए) की दूसरी मीटिंग के बाद पत्रकारों से बातचीत कर रहे थे।
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि सिटी बस सर्विस को फरीदाबाद शहर में बेहतरीन रिसपांस मिला है और अब अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि शहर के व्यस्त क्षेत्रों में नए रूट की तलाश कर इसके फेरे बढ़ाए जाएं। इसके साथ ही फरीदाबाद व गुरुग्राम के बीच भी इसी सेवा के तहत इंटरसिटी बस सर्विस शुरू की जाएगी। इससे दोनों औद्योगिक शहरों के बीच आने-जाने वाले हजारों लोगों को प्रतिदिन फायदा होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि शहर के रेलवे लाईनों के नीचे बने तीन अंडरपास में हमेशा पानी भरने की समस्या बनी हुई थी। इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए एफएमडीए ने यहां मोटरों की संख्या बढ़ाई है। इसके साथ ही यहां के पानी का डिस्पोजर एक मुख्य ड्रेनों में करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि शहर में बड़ी संख्या में टैंकरों से पानी की आपूर्ति होती है। इनमें औद्योगिक क्षेत्रों में भी आपूर्ति शामिल है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए एफएमडीए को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि टैंकरों में पानी भरने के लिए लिए अलग से फीडर स्टेशन तैयार किए जाएं ताकि लोगों को अवैध बोरिंग से पानी न लेना पड़े। उन्होंने कहा कि इसके लिए रेट भी तय किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि दोनों राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग उत्तर से दक्षिण की तरफ शहर को जोड़ते हैं। अब पूर्व से पश्चिम शहर को जोड़ने के लिए दो सड़कों के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव तैयार किया गया है। इनमें एक अनखीर से सेक्टर-28 होते हुए मंझावली तक और दूसरी सोहना रोड से ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद को जोड़ेगी। इनके निर्माण के लिए एजेंसियां जल्द तय की जाएंगी। इसके साथ ही मीटिंग में एफएमडीए के सीईओ सुधीर राजपाल ने बताया कि फरीदाबाद व गुरुग्राम सहित कई स्थानों पर जमीन अधिग्रहण न होने की वजह से कई सड़कें बीच में अधूरी रह जाती हैं। इससे सड़क, पेयजल व सीवर लाईन में भी दिक्कत आती है। इस पर मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को राज्य स्तर पर एक नीति बनाने के निर्देश दिए ताकि इस समस्या का स्थाई तौर पर समाधान किया जा सके।
उन्होंने बताया कि एफएमडीए की आर्थिक स्थिति को बेहतर करने के लिए एक प्रतिशत स्टांप ड्यूटी देने के निर्देश दिए गए थे और अब इसके लिए टाउन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग विभाग द्वारा नोटिफिकेशन भी जारी कर दिया गया है। इसके साथ ही ईडीसी, लाईसेंस फीस व सीएलयू सहित कई अन्य स्रोंतों से भी एफएमडीए के लिए पूंजी जुटाई जाएगी। मुख्यमत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि कोविड-19 की तीसरी संभावित लहर को देखते हुए स्मार्टसिटी द्वारा पहले से बनाए गए इंटीग्रेटिड कमांड एंड कंट्रोल सेंटर को और ज्यादा विकसित किया जाएगा ताकि किसी भी आपदा के समय कोई दिक्कत न आए।
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि शहर के लोगों को जरूरत के समय रक्त के लिए अब इधर-उधर नहीं घूमना पड़ेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि शहर के 14 ब्लड बैंक को एफएमडीए के एक पोर्टल पर इकट्ठा किया जा रहा है। इससे जरूरत पड़ने पर पोर्टल से ही यह जानकारी मिल जाएगी कि किस ब्लड बैंक में संबंधित ब्लड ग्रुप के ब्लड उपलब्ध है। उन्होंने बताया कि एफएमडीए में तीन और नए सदस्यों रोहित जनेंद्र जैन, अजय गौतम और संजय अरोड़ा शामिल हैं। इससे अब इसमें एक्सपर्ट कमेटी में सदस्यों की संख्या बढ़कर छह हो गई है। इसके अलावा मीटिंग कई अन्य मुद्दों पर भी चर्चा की गई।मीटिंग में केंद्रीय ऊर्जा एवं भारी उद्योग राज्यमंत्री कृष्णपाल गुर्जर, हरियाणा के परिवहन मंत्री मूलचंद शर्मा, बड़खल की विधायक सीमा त्रिखा, फरीदाबाद के विधायक नरेंद्र गुप्ता, तिगांव के विधायक राजेश नागर, पृथला के विधायक नयनपाल रावत, एनआईटी के विधायक नीरज शर्मा, मेयर सुमन बाला, सीनियर डिप्टी मेयर देवेंद्र चौधरी, मुख्यमंत्री के मीडिया सलाहकार अमित आर्य, मीडिया कार्डिनेटर मुकेश वशिष्ठ, एफएमडीए के सीईओ सुधीर राजपाल,मंडल आयुक्त संजय जून, पुलिस आयुक्त ओपी सिंह, नगर निगम आयुक्त डा. गरिमा मित्तल, उपायुक्त यशपाल, हुडा प्रशासक कृष्ण कुमार सहित सभी विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे। मीटिंग में विडियो कांफ्रेंस के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य प्रधान सचिव डीएस ढेसी व मुख्य सचिव विजय वर्धन सहित कई अन्य अधिकारी भी जुड़े।
