फरीदाबाद, 16 जुलाई। नगर निगम आयुक्त डॉ. गरिमा मित्तल ने बताया कि लकड़पुर राजस्व क्षेत्र में स्थित खोरी में माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देश पर अतिक्रमण हटाने का कार्य चल रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि यहां के नागरिकों के पुर्नवास योजना बनाई गई है। उन्होंने बताया कि शुक्रवार को यहां के स्थानीय नागरिकों के पुर्नवास के लिए आवेदन हेतु राधा स्वामी सत्संग ब्यास में विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में लगभग 100 लोगों ने अपना आवेदन किया।
नगर निगम आयुक्त डा. गरिमा मित्तल ने कहा कि लकडपुर खोरी क्षेत्र के जिन निवासियों को पुर्नवास योजना में शामिल किया गया है उनके लिए जो मानदंड निर्धारित किए गए हैं उसमें तीन डाक्यूमेंट को मुख्य तौर पर शामिल किया गया है। इनमें परिवार की आय तीन लाख रुपये वार्षिक से अधिक न हो। इसके साथ ही परिवार के मुखिया का नाम हरियाणा की बड़खल विधानसभा क्षेत्र की वोटर लिस्ट में एक जनवरी 2021 के अनुसार दर्ज होना चाहिए। राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र दिल्ली की वोटर लिस्ट में शामिल लोगों को योजना में शामिल नहीं किया जाएगा। दूसरे नियम के तहत परिवार के मुखिया के पास हरियाणा राज्य द्वारा एक जनवरी 2021 तक जारी किया गया परिवार पहचान पत्र हो। तीसरे डाक्यूमेंट के तौर पर परिवार के किसी भी सदस्य महिला एवं पुरुष के पास दक्षिण हरियाणा बिजली वितरण निगम द्वारा जारी किया गया बिजली का कनेक्शन होना चाहिए।
उन्होंने बताया कि जो लोग इन तीन में से किसी एक डाक्यूमेंट के साथ योजना के पात्र पाए जाएंगे उन्हें डबुआ व बापू नगर क्षेत्र में 30 स्कवायर मीटर की मल्टी स्टोरी बिल्डिंग में सभी सुविधाओं बिजली, पानी व शौचालय से युक्त ईडब्लूएस फ्लैट उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि जब तक मकानों की मरम्मत का कार्य पूरा नहीं होता तब तक संबंधित व्यक्ति को कहीं अन्य मकान किराए पर लेने के लिए दो हजार रुपये प्रतिमाह छह महीने तक उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि जो भी व्यक्ति पुर्नवास योजना के तहत निर्धारित मानदंड पूरा करता होगा उसे 3 लाख 77 हजार 500 रुपये मूल्य का फ्लैट दिया जाएगा । यह पैसे निर्धारित मासिक किश्तों में चुकाने होंगे। इसमें फ्लैट अलॉटमेंट के 15 दिन के अंदर 17 हजार रुपये एकमुश्त जमा करवाने होंगे। इसके पश्चात 15 वर्षों तक 2500 रुपये की राशि मासिक किश्तों में देनी होगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह योजना पूरी तरह से मानवता को आधार बनाकर तैयार की गई है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो भी व्यक्ति शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से व स्वयं मकान खाली करके जाएगा उसे योजना के तहत फ्लैट आवंटन में प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
