Faridabad News 12 June: शहर में रोजाना ऑनलाइन फ्रॉड, साइबर फ्रॉड, लिंक फ्रॉड आदि से दर्जनों आपराधिक घटनाएं होती हैं, मासूम और भोले भाले लोगों की कई वर्षों की मेहनत की कमाई कुछ मिनटों में लूट ली जाती है, ये गैंग इतने शातिर होते हैं कि पुलिस के लिए इन्हें पकड़ना टेडी खीर होती है, Cyber Police Thana Faridabad ने मेवात के एक ऐसे ही गिरोह को दबोचने में कामयाबी हासिल की है जो फरीदाबाद के करीब 200 लोगों की वर्षों की कमाई लूटने का आरोपी है हालाँकि पुलिस पूछताछ के बाद घर पहुंचे एक आरोपी के भाई जुनैद की किडनी बीमारी से मौत हो गयी जिसका आरोप पुलिस पर लगाते हुए कहा गया है कि पुलिस टार्चर की वजह से उसकी मौत हुई है, हालाँकि पुलिस ने इस मामले में श्पष्टीकरण दिया है.
फरीदाबाद पुलिस ने कहा - किडनी की बीमारी से ग्रस्त जुनैद की मृत्यु के मामले में फरीदाबाद पुलिस पर लगाए गए आरोप आधारहीन, तथ्यहीन और सच्चाई से परे हैं । फरीदाबाद पुलिस इन सभी आरोपों का खंडन करती है।
मामले की सच्चाई यह है कि तिलपत निवासी सोनू के साथ 80,000 रुपये की वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी हुई थी जिसका मुकदमा नंबर 1/2020 Cyber Police Thana Faridabad में दिनांक 28/9/20 को दर्ज किया गया था।
मृतक जुनैद के दो सगे भाई इरशाद और आजाद तथा एक ममेरा भाई साइबर फ्रॉड में है शामिल, इनको पुलिस द्वारा किया जा चुका है गिरफ्तार। Cyber Police Thana Faridabad में ऑनलाइन फ़्रॉड के 200 से अधिक शिकायतें मिली हैं जो इस गैंग से सम्बंधित हैं ।
Cyber Police Thana Faridabad टीम द्वारा, फोन कॉल और बैंक डिटेल्स व तकनीकी माध्यमों से पता लगाने पर पाया कि साईबर फ्रॉड मे शामिल आरोपी मेवात क्षेत्र के गांव नई के रहने वाले है जिनके खातों में साइबर फ्राड द्वारा प्राप्त पैसे ट्रांसफर किए गए हैं।
इसी के तहत कार्यवाही करते हुए पुलिस ने गुप्त सूत्रों के आधार पर *दिनांक 31/5/21 की रात को शाहिद और अन्य पाँच से पूछताछ की थी।
इनमे से एक शाहिद को आरोपी पाए जाने पर गिरफ़्तार किया गया। अन्य पाँच को, जिसमें एक का नाम जुनैद था और किड्नी के रोग से ग्रसित था को उसी रात सकुशल परिजन आज़ाद के हवाले कर दिया गया था।
शाहिद को गिरफ्तार करके 7 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया था। *आरोपी शाहिद से पूछताछ व तकनीकी सबूत के आधार पर साइबर पुलिस टीम ने मृतक जुनैद के 2 भाई तथा एक अन्य आरोपी को भी इस अपराध में लिप्त पाए जाने पर गिरफ्तार करके पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया है।*
साइबर पुलिस ने किसी भी व्यक्ति को किसी भी प्रकार की कोई प्रताड़ना नहीं दी और न ही किसी को अवैध हिरासत में रखा। आरोप कि जुनैद को अवैध हिरासत में रखा गया और प्रताड़ना दी गई और इस कारण उसकी मृत्यु हुई है, सरासर झूठा और आधारहीन है। जुनेद किडनी की बीमारी से ग्रस्त था
हसन गिरफतार आरोपी शाहिद का पिता है और इस मामले में गिरफ्तार 2 सगे भाई आरोपी आजाद, इरशाद और मृतक जुनैद का बहनोई है। हसन खुद एक आपराधिक प्रवर्ती का व्यक्ति है जिसे PO घोषित किया जा चुका है।
गिरफ्तार शाहिद, इरशाद और आजाद कि अन्य 2 मुकदमे में भी तफ्तीश जारी है ।

My marriage could be broken because of a stupid mistake and my life was on the line. I remembered when I was going to get the results of my re-test I called him up again and told him that I was going to get my results today and his reply was “so" and that everything will be as he explained. I knew then that he was getting tired of me calling him, maybe I was wrong. Well I got my results and the first person I called was him - again. As he said hello I started to cry and cry. I could not believe it.
