फरीदाबाद, 24 जुलाई। जिला नगर योजनाकार, इंफोर्समेंट एंड विजीलेंस, फरीदाबाद द्वारा शुक्रवार को गांव सरूरपुर की राजस्व सम्पदा में 3 अवैध कालोनियां जोकि लगभग 10 एकड भूमि पर विकसित की जा रही थीं, में जिला प्रशासन की मदद से तोडफोड की कार्यवाही अमल में लाई गई।
तोड़फोड़ की कार्यवाही के दौरान अवैध कालोनियेां में बनाये गये रोड नेटवर्क के अलावा एक डीलर आफिस, 9 रिहायशी निर्माण, 4 दुकानें, एक नर्सरी स्कूल व 40 डीपीसी बाउंड्रीवाल में तोडफोड की कार्यवाही की गई। यह कार्यवाही शहरी क्षेत्र व नियंत्रित क्षेत्र अधिनियम के तहत की गई है।
तोडफोड की कार्यवाही के दौरान जिला नगर योजनाकार-कम-ड्यूटि मजिस्ट्रेट नरेश कुमार, रामबीर, चैकी इंचार्ज संजय कालोनी व पुलिस बल मौजूद थे।
तोड़फोड़ की इस कार्यवाही के दौरान जिला नगर योजनाकार, इंफोर्समेंट एंड विजीलेंस, फरीदाबाद नरेश कुमार ने बताया गया कि इस पूरे हफ्ते तेाडफोड की र्कार्यवाही की गई है व आगे भी की जायेगी। जिससे अवैध कालेानी काटने वाले प्रोपर्टी डीलरों के हौंसले पस्त हो चुके हैं।
जिला नगर योजनाकार, इंफोर्समेंट एंड विजीलेंस, फरीदाबाद द्वारा सभी सिफारिशो को दरकिनार करते हुए भारी तोड़फोड़ की जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि सभी अवैघ कालेानियों में जन साधारण को जागरूक करने के लिए चेतावनी बोर्ड भी लगाये जा चुके हैं व तहसील कार्यालय, उपायुक्त कार्यालय व पटवारघर में अवैध कालोनी के खसरा नम्बर वाले बोर्ड भी लगाये जा चुके है।
उन्होंने आम जनता से अनुरोध करते हुए कहा कि अवैध काॅलोनियेां में भू-माफियाओं के बहकावे में आकर प्लाॅट ना खरीदें व अपनी मेहनत की कमाई को बरबाद न होने दें, क्योंकि अवैध कालोनी में सरकार द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की सुविधा नहीं दी जाती है। कोई भी अवैध कालोनी निर्माण करने से पहले सरकार से नियमानुसार अनुमति लें। अवैध कालोनीध्निर्माण को किसी भी समय अधिनियम के प्रावधान में गिराया जा सकता है।
