फरीदाबाद, 10 जुलाई: डिजिटल इंडिया के इस दौर में हर व्यक्ति अपने आने वाले कल को सुरक्षित करने के लिए अपनी मेहनत की कमाई इंश्योरेंस पॉलिसी करवाने में निवेश करता हैं ताकि आने वाले समय में उस धन का प्रयोग आवश्यकतानुसार जरूरी कार्यों में किया जा सके। वहीं दूसरी ओर कुछ शातिर किस्म के अपराधी जल्दी पैसा कमाने के चक्कर में दूसरों के मेहनत की कमाई को चुटकियों में चट कर जाते हैं।
तकनीकी के इस आधुनिक युग में आजकल किसी को लूटने के लिए हथियारों की आवश्यकता नहीं होती बल्कि साइबर तकनीकी के माध्यम से एक फोन कॉल से ही सारा काम हो जाता है।
इस प्रकार के साइबर अपराधियों की धरपकड़ करके साइबर अपराधों पर लगाम लगाने के लिए फरीदाबाद पुलिस दिन रात कड़ी मशक्कत कर रही है।
इसी क्रम में इंश्योरेंस पॉलिसी के नाम पर लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी करने वाले साइबर ठगों का पर्दाफाश करते हुए फरीदाबाद साइबर थाना की टीम ने गिरोह के तीन सदस्यों को गिरफ्तार किया है।
गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपियों में अभिषेक, अमित और राजेंद्र का नाम शामिल है।
इस मामले में गिरोह का चौथा आरोपी प्रवीण फरार चल रहा है जिसकी पुलिस द्वारा तलाश करके जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।
आरोपियों को अदालत में पेश करके 6 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया जिसमें उनसे मामले में गहनता से पूछताछ की गई।
पूछताछ में सामने आया कि आरोपी बहुत ही शातिर किस्म के अपराधी हैं। गिरोह का चौथा आरोपी प्रवीण पॉलिसी धारकों का डाटा कहीं से खरीद कर लाता है जिसमें किस पॉलिसी की वैधता खत्म होने वाली है, कौनसी पॉलिसी की किस्त बकाया है और कौनसी पॉलिसी सस्पेंड हो चुकी है आदि सभी जानकारियां मौजूद रहती है।
आरोपी पॉलिसी धारकों की जानकारी का प्रयोग करते हुए उनके पास फोन करते तथा इंश्योरेंस पॉलिसी रिन्यूअल कराने व उस पर कैशबैक दिलाने या जिन पॉलिसी की किस्त बकाया रहती थी उनको दोबारा से चालू करवाने के लिए उनपर लगे एजेंट कोड को हटाने के नाम पर धोखाधड़ी से अपने फर्जी बैंक खातों में उनसे पैसे डलवा लेते हैं।
एक बार पैसा बैंक खातों में आने के पश्चात वह अपना नंबर बंद कर देते थे और एटीएम के माध्यम से सारे पैसे निकलवा लेते थे।
इसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी का शिकार हुए फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर 62 के रहने वाले मनोज ने पुलिस को दी अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि आरोपियों ने इसी तरह का झांसा देकर उससे 60500 रुपये धोखे से हड़प लिए।
पीड़ित की शिकायत पर थाना साइबर अपराध फरीदाबाद में आरोपियों के खिलाफ धोखाधड़ी की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज करके जांच शुरू की गई।
पुलिस आयुक्त ओपी सिंह ने इस मामले में तुरंत संज्ञान लेते हुए जल्द से जल्द आरोपियो की धरपकड़ के निर्देश दिए जिसके तहत कार्रवाई करते हुए थाना साइबर अपराध प्रभारी इंस्पेक्टर बसंत कुमार की अगुवाई में टीम का गठन किया गया जिन्होंने साइबर तकनीक की सहायता से तीन आरोपियों को एनसीआर क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
आरोपियों के कब्जे से वारदात में प्रयुक्त मोबाइल फोन, सिम कार्ड व 50 हजार रुपए नगद बरामद किए गए हैं।
आरोपियों के बैंक खातों में पिछले 6 महिने में धोखाधडी से हासिल तकरीबन 60 लाख रुपये का लेन-देन पाया गया है।
पूछताछ में सामने आया कि आरोपी अभिषेक पहले भी धोखाधडी के मामले मे 2 बार जेल जा चुका है।
आरोपियों ने एनसीआर एरिया में तकरीबन 40 वारदातों को अंजाम देने का खुलासा किया है जो सभी संबंधित थाना को सूचित किया जा चुका है।
पूछताछ पूरी होने के पश्चात आरोपियों को अदालत में पेश करके जेल भेज दिया गया है तथा गिरोह के चौथे सदस्य को पुलिस द्वारा जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।
