फरीदाबाद, 27 अप्रैल। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट डॉ. गरिमा मित्तल ने जिला के 3 क्षेत्रों को मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन के रूप में नोटिफाई किया है। इन मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन में 1 सप्ताह के लिए 26 अप्रैल सुबह 05:00 से 2 मई साँय 06:00 बजे तक लॉकडाउन लगाया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन वह क्षेत्र है जहां जिला के 75% कोविड-19 पॉजिटिव मामले हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोरोना के सबसे अधिक मामले वाले क्षेत्रों में संक्रमण की चेन तोड़ने हेतु यह आदेश लागू किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इन क्षेत्रों के लोगों को लॉकडाउन के दौरान लागू की गई एसओपी को गंभीरता से पालन करना होगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि धारा 144 के तहत जो आदेश जारी किए गए हैं उन आदेशों में ज़ोन एक में ईएसआई सेक्टर-7 वह सिविल डिस्पेंसरी सेक्टर-7 के कवरेज क्षेत्र में आने वाले सेक्टर-7, 8, 9, 10,11, 14 ,15 व 15A क्षेत्र शामिल है। इन क्षेत्रों में 1291 कोविड-19 एक्टिव मामले हैं। (26 जुलाई तक), दूसरे मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन में पीएचसी खेड़ी कलां का कवरेज क्षेत्र शामिल है। जिसमें ग्रेटर फरीदाबाद के सेक्टर-78 से 89 शामिल है। क्षेत्र में फिलहाल 2389 कोविड-19 एक्टिव मामले हैं। (26 जुलाई तक), तीसरे मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन में एनआईटी एक से 5 जिसमें एसजीएम नगर वह सैनिक कॉलोनी (सेक्टर-48 व 49) का क्षेत्र शामिल है। इस क्षेत्र में फिलहाल 1751 कोविड-19 एक्टिव मामले हैं। (26 जुलाई तक)।
उन्होंने बताया कि 2 मई को इन क्षेत्रों की एक बार पुनः समीक्षा की जाएगी। अगर यहां मामलों में कमी पाई जाती है तो मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन हटा दिया जाएगा और अगर ऐसे ही संक्रमण मिला तो मैक्रो कंटेनमेंट जोन की अवधि बढ़ाई जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि आदेशों की उल्लंघन करने वालों के खिलाफ आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम 2005 की धारा 51 से 60 के तहत सख्त कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाएगी। इसके अलावा आईपीसी की धारा 188 के तहत भी कार्यवाही की जाएगी। जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने बताया कि इसके साथ ही कोविड-19 के बढ़ते मामलों के मद्देनजर जिला में धारा 144 भी लागू की गई है इसके तहत 4 या 4 से अधिक व्यक्तियों के बगैर अनुमति के इकट्ठा होने पर पाबंदी रहेगी। जिला के आईटी, आईटीईएस व कारपोरेट कंपनियों के कर्मचारी घर से ही कार्य करेंगे।
इसके साथ ही सरकारी कार्यालयों के कर्मचारी मुख्य सचिव हरियाणा सरकार द्वारा जारी निर्देशों के अनुसार कार्य करेंगे। अपने आदेशों में जिला मजिस्ट्रेट ने कहा कि विभिन्न तरह की सामाजिक, शैक्षणिक, खेल, इंटरटेनमेंट व अन्य गतिविधियां कंटेनमेंट जोन से बाहर कोविड-19 के नियमों का पालन करते हुए ही आयोजित हो सकेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि विभिन्न तरह के आयोजनों के लिए हॉल के अंदर सिर्फ 30 व्यक्ति व बाहर खुले में सिर्फ 50 व्यक्ति ही आयोजन में शामिल हो सकते हैं। अंतिम संस्कार में सिर्फ 20 व्यक्ति शामिल हो सकते हैं।
