FIR में दी गयी सूचना के मुताबिक़ - मैं संजीव कुमार पुत्र श्री गुरदयाल, जाति जाटव, गढिया मौहल्ला होडल, जिला पलवल का रहने वाला हूँ। हम तीन भाई व तीन बहन हैं जिनमें दो बहनें बडी हैं व एक बहन व दो भाई छोटे हैं। हमारे पडौस में रहने वाले सतबीर पुत्र राधे, दिनेश पुत्र सतीश के परिवार से हमारा पहले से झगडा चला आ रहा है जिस पर इनके खिलाफ होडल थाना में मुकदमा दर्ज है व हमने होडल अदालत में इनके विरूद्व दो फौजदारी इस्तगासा भी दायर कर रखी हैं।
ये लोग हमारे साथ इसी बात की रंजिश रखते हैं व मुझे तथा मेरे परिवार को इन्होंने जान से मारने की धमकी दे रखी थी। मेरा भाई विक्रम अपने घर के पास बिरयानी की दुकान लगाता है। कल दिनांक 14-01-2021 को मेरे भाई विक्रम व विकास घर पर मौजूद थे जो हमारे पडौस में उमेश उर्फ भोंगा, राहुल, बोंनी, राजबीर, मुकेश, दिनेश, हरकेश, सतबीर पुत्र गंगाराम व तिलक निवासीगण गढिया मौहल्ला होडल रात करीब 8.00/8.30 बजे सतबीर पुत्र राधे की साजिश पर मेरे छोटे भाई विक्रम बाउम्र करीब 32 वर्ष को हमारे घर से बुलाकर अपने साथ ले गये थे। जो मेरे भाई विकास ने विक्रम को इन लोगों के साथ जाते हुए देखा था।
जब काफी देर तक विक्रम वापिस नहीं आया तो उसकी हमने काफी तलाश की लेकिन विक्रम नहीं मिला। आज दिनांक 15-01-2021 को सुबह करीब 8.00 बजे हमें पता चला कि शमशान घाट होडल की जोहड में मेरे भाई विक्रम की लाश पड़ी हुई है। यह सूचना मिलते ही मैं व सूरज पुत्र श्री कन्नीराम व मेरा भाई विकास व मौहल्ले के काफी लोग शमशान घाट की जोहड पर पहुंचे तो वहाँ पर हमें पहले से ही पुलिस मौजूद मिली। हमने वहाँ पर जाकर देखा कि शमशान घाट होडल में खून से सनी हुई ईटें व विकम के टूटे हुऐ डाढ, दाँत पडे हुऐ थे और खून भी पडा हुआ था और वहाँ से घसीटने के निशानों का पीछा करते हुऐ हम जोहड की तरफ गये तो वहाँ पर हमें विक्रम की लाश जोहड के पानी में तैरती हुई मिली । पुलिस की मदद से विक्रम की लाश को जोहड से बाहर निकाला तो देखा कि विक्रम के मुँह, सिर पर चोटों के काफी निशान थे और विक्रम का चेहरा खून से लथपथ था।
पुलिस ने मेरे भाई विक्रम की लाश को कब्जा पुलिस में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए सामान्य अस्पताल पलवल ले गई। मेरे भाई विक्रम की हत्या सतबीर पुत्र राधे ने उपरोक्त व्यक्तियों के साथ षडयंत्र रचकर कराई है और विकम की हत्या के सबूत नष्ट करने के आश्य से शमशान घाट होडल में विक्रम की हत्या करके शव को जोहड के पानी में डाल दिया था । सतबीर एक आपराधिक प्रवृति का व राजनैतिक पहुँच वाला व्यक्ति है। हमें अभी भी इन लोगों से अपनी जान माल का पूरा-पूरा खतरा बना हुआ है।अतः निवेदन है कि उपरोक्त सभी दोषीगण के विरूद्ध मुकदमा दर्ज करके सख्त से सख्त कानूनी कार्यवाही की जाये और दोषीयों को सख्त से सख्त सजा व. हमें न्याय दिलाया जाये और हमारी जान माल की सुरक्षा की जावे।
हत्यारोपियों की गिरफ्तारी ना होने से मृतक के परिजन आक्रोशित
इस मामले में 9 लोगों को आरोपी बनाया गया है लेकिन पुलिस की गिरफ्त से सभी बाहर हैं, पहले भी इन लोगों पर पीड़ित परिवार की तरफ से मुक़दमे दर्ज थे इसलिए पीड़ित लोग चाहते हैं कि आरोपियों की जल्द से जल्द गिरफ्तारी करके उनकी जान की हिफाजत की जाय और मृतक विक्रम को न्याय दिलाया जाय.
