आरोपी की पहचान तौसीफ पुत्र जाकिर निवासी कबीर नगर, सोहना, गुरुग्राम के रूप में हुई है। दूसरी आरोपी रेहान निवासी रीवासन जिला मेवात को भी अभी-अभी उसके गांव से राउंडअप कर लिया है।
आपको बता दें कि मामला बल्लभगढ़ एरिया का है। कल दिनांक 26 अक्टूबर 2020 को मृतक लड़की के भाई नवीन ने पुलिस को दी शिकायत में बताया कि शाम 4:00 बजे के आसपास 20 वर्षीय उसकी बहन अग्रवाल कॉलेज से परीक्षा देकर निकली थी थोड़ी दूर चलने पर उपरोक्त आरोपी ने लड़की को जबरदस्ती अपनी गाड़ी में बैठाने का प्रयास किया, मृतक लड़की द्वारा विरोध करने पर आरोपी लड़की को गोली मारकर अपने एक अन्य साथी सहित कार में फरार हो गया था।
जिस पर आरोपीयों के खिलाफ थाना शहर बल्लभगढ़ में हत्या का मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
मामला पुलिस कमिश्नर श्री ओ पी सिंह के संज्ञान में आने पर उन्होंने तुरंत प्रभाव से क्राइम ब्रांच की 10 टीमों को जल्द से जल्द आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करने के दिशा निर्देश दिए थे।
जिस पर कार्य करते हुए क्राइम ब्रांच की टीम द्वारा फरीदाबाद से पलवल एवं मेवात तक चलाए गए 5 घंटे के ऑपरेशन के दौरान आरोपी को धर दबोचा गया है।
पुलिस कमिश्नर श्री ओपी सिंह ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आरोपी फरीदाबाद से वारदात को अंजाम देकर पलवल होते हुए मेवात नूहं चला गया था।
उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी वर्ष 2018 में भी लड़की को अपने साथ ले गया था जिस पर मामला थाना सिटी बल्लभगढ़ में दर्ज किया गया था।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी तौसीफ की उम्र 21 वर्ष है, आरोपी फिजियोथैरेपिस्ट का कोर्स कर रहा है जोकि थर्ड ईयर में है।
वारदात शामिल दूसरा आरोपी रेहान निवासी रेवासन मेवात का रहने वाला है आरोपी तौसीफ का दोस्त है।
उन्होंने बताया कि इस मामले में एसआईटी टीम भी गठित की गई है जिसका इंचार्ज राजपत्रित अधिकारी होगा।
पुलिस पीड़ित परिवार के साथ है आरोपी के खिलाफ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एवं अन्य कई तरह के गुप्त साक्ष्य पुलिस के पास हैं जिनके आधार पर कोर्ट में अच्छी पैरवी कर आरोपियों को कड़ी से कड़ी सजा दिलाई जाएगी।
आज पुलिस ने आरोपी को अदालत में पेश कर रिमांड पर लिया है रिमांड के दौरान आरोपियों से हथियार, गाड़ी इत्यादि बरामद की जाएगी और वारदात के कारण के बारे में गहनता से पूछताछ की जाएगी।
