फरीदाबाद: पुलिस आयुक्त ओ पी सिंह के आदेशों व पुलिस उपायुक्त व सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त के दिशा निर्देशों पर कार्य करते हुए प्रबंधक थाना भुपानी की पुलिस टीम ने जन्मदिन पार्टी में हुए झगड़े में हुई हत्या मामले में टीम गठित करके तुरंत कार्यवाही करते हुए दिनांक 12 अक्टूबर 2020 को गुप्त सूत्रों की सुचना के आधार पर चार आरोपियों मनीष, अशोक, अश्वनी व मुकेश उर्फ़ कोमल को गिरफ्तार किया है तथा अन्य आरोपियों की तलाश जारी है.
गिरफ्तार किया गए आरोपियों में अश्वनी पुत्र धर्मपाल, मनीष पुत्र कमल, अशोक पुत्र यशपाल गाँव खेड़ी के रहने वाले हैं वहीँ आरोपी मुकेश उर्म काले उर्फ़ कोमल पुत्र सरूफ़ फरीदपुर का रहने वाला है.
पुलिस प्रवक्ता सहायक पुलिस आयुक्त आदर्शदीप सिंह ने प्रेस कांफ्रेंस करके इसकी जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि दिनांक 8/9 अक्टूबर की रात को थाना भुपानी क्षेत्र में नाचोली गाँव के पास निर्माणाधीन रेलवे ट्रैक नियर उत्तम कॉलोनी की है जहाँ आरोपियों द्वारा रात के समय अपने साथी अशोक की जन्मदिन पार्टी मनाई जा रही थी.
गाँव नाचौली के रहने वाले अनीष उर्फ़ अन्नी व उसका दोस्त संदीप अपनी मोटरसाइकिल से भूपानी जा रहे थे| अनीष उन आरोपियों में से एक आरोपी मुकेश उर्फ़ कोमल को जानता था इसलिए , इन्होंने सड़क किनारे ही बातचीत करने लगे। मुकेश ने अनीश से मो० मागां तो उसने देने से मना कर दिया, मुकेश और अनीष के बीच मोबाइल फ़ोन को लेकर आपस में कहासुनी हो गई.
उसके पश्चात् अनीष व उसका साथी संदीप वहां से चले गये, जब वो दोनो वापिस गांव आरहे थे तो मुकेश व अन्य आरोपियों ने मिलकर अनीष को डंडो व लोहे की रोड से काफी चोटें पहुंचाई. अनीष के साथी संदीप ने जब शोर मचाया तो आरोपी उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी देकर वहां से फरार हो गए.
संदीप ने अनीष के घर फ़ोन करके घटना की जानकारी दी जिसके पश्चात् अनीष को बादशाह खान हस्पताल में भर्ती करवाया गया| अनीष की गंभीर हालत को देखते हुए उसे दिल्ली के सफदरजंग हस्पताल रेफर कर दिया गया| रविवार को अनीष ने इलाज के दौरान दम तोड़ दिया.
थाना भुपानी की पुलिस टीम ने दिनांक 10 अक्टूबर को अनीष के पिता सुदेश की शिकायत पर आरोपी मुकेश व उसके साथियों के खिलाफ मारपीट की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया जो बाद में अनीष की मृत्यु के पश्चात् हत्या की धारा में तब्दील हो गया.
मुक़दमे में कार्यवाही करते हुए थाना भुपानी की पुलिस टीम ने चारों आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है जिन्हें आज अदालत में पेश करके रिमांड पर लिया जाएगा तथा इनके अन्य साथियों के बारे में पूछताछ की जाएगी.
