फरीदाबाद, 7 सितंबर: क्राइम ब्रांच सेक्टर 30 प्रभारी विमल की टीम ने 6 सितंबर 2020 को आरोपी लखनपाल को एक स्कूटी पर 2 पेटी अंग्रेजी शराब स्टर्लिंग रिजर्व ले जाते हुए सेक्टर 28 मैट्रो स्टेशन से गिरफ्तार किया।
क्राइम ब्रांच ने सूचना के आधार पर कार्यवाही करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया। आरोपी लखनपाल दिल्ली से शराब लेकर आया था और ओल्ड फरीदाबाद ले जा रहा था।
आरोपी लखनपाल पुत्र धर्मवीर शिव कॉलोनी ओल्ड फरीदाबाद का रहने वाला है आरोपी के खिलाफ एक्साइज एक्ट की धारा 61-1-14 और H.A. ACT की धारा 15A मे कि थाना सेक्टर 31 में मुकदमा न० 316 दर्ज कर गिरफ्तार किया गया।
आरोपी लखन पाल को आज अदालत में पेश करके जेल भेजा गया।
