फरीदाबाद: कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी पर दही हांडी चढ़ाने के विवाद में हुई हत्या के मामले में क्राइम ब्रांच 65 ने मामले के मुख्य आरोपी नरवीर उर्फ सोनू तथा उसके चाचा तेजपाल को राउंड अप किया है।
आपको बता दें कि बीती रात कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के अवसर पर थाना सदर बल्लभगढ़ क्षेत्र में पड़ने वाले गांव सोतई के अंदर मामूली विवाद को लेकर एक व्यक्ति की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी।
मृतक भूपेंद्र के पिता धर्मेंद्र ने पुलिस को दी अपनी शिकायत में बताया कि उसका बेटा भूपेंद्र वृंदावन से दही हांडी लेकर आया था और कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी के अवसर पर गांव के मंदिर में इसे चढ़ाना चाहता था।
रात्रि करीब 12:30 बजे जब वह मंदिर में मटकी चढ़ाने अपने परिवार के साथ पहुंचे तो वहां पर सरपंच कंवरपाल उर्फ भोली व उसका लड़का नरवीर उर्फ सोनू, कंवरपाल का भाई ओम प्रकाश उर्फ बब्बर, दूसरा भाई तेजपाल और उसका बेटा नवीन, चंद्रभान, रोहित राणा, योगेश, लेख, सूर्यदेव, तथा मनोज भी वहां पर मौजूद थे।
आरोपी नरवीर उर्फ सोनू के पास पिस्तौल तथा उसके साथियों में किसी के पास फरसा, किसी के पास रॉड तो किसी के पास लाठी डंडा था।
आरोपी पक्ष के चंद्रभान ने पीड़ित पक्ष को के साथ गाली गलौज की तथा उससे कहा कि आज वह उसे सभी पुरानी लड़ाइयों का मजा चखाएगा और पीड़ित पक्ष को जान से मारने की धमकी दी।
काफी देर तक बहसबाजी के पश्चात पीड़ित पक्ष ने आरोपी पक्ष से लड़ाई ना करने की विनती की और वहां से जाने लगे। जाते समय पीड़ित पक्ष के धर्मेंद्र का बेटा भूपेंद्र सबसे पीछे चल रहे थे। आरोपियों भूपेंद्र के मुंह पर हाथ रख लिया और उसे उठाकर मंदिर के पीछे खेतों में ले गए और वहां पर उसके साथ मारपीट की।
इसी मारपीट के दौरान आरोपी नरवीर उर्फ सोनू ने भूपेंद्र पर फायर कर दिया। पीड़ित धर्मेंद्र ने जैसे ही गोली की आवाज सुनी तो वह भूपेंद्र को बचाने के लिए उसकी तरफ भागे।
भूपेंद्र को बचाने की कोशिश में आरोपियों ने पीड़ित पक्ष के अन्य व्यक्तियों के साथ भी लाठी डंडों से मारपीट की।
भूपेंद्र को गोली मारकर के पश्चात आरोपी पक्ष पीड़ित पक्ष को धमकी देकर वहां से फरार हो गए। इलाज के लिए पीड़ित भूपेंद्र को सर्वोदय अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था उसकी मृत्यु हो गई।
मृतक भूपेंद्र के पिता धर्मेंद्र की शिकायत पर थाना सदर बल्लभगढ़ में आरोपियों के खिलाफ हत्या की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया।
पुलिस आयुक्त श्री ओपी सिंह ने मामले में तुरंत संज्ञान लेते हुए अपराधियों की जल्द से जल्द धरपकड़ के निर्देश दिए जिसके तहत कार्य करते हुए क्राइम ब्रांच 65 प्रभारी रविंद्र सिंह की टीम ने अपराधियों की धरपकड़ शुरू कर दी।
पुलिस जांच के दौरान आरोपियों की धरपकड़ के लिए कई जगह दबिश दी गई और कई घंटों की कड़ी मशक्कत के पश्चात पुलिस को गुप्त सूत्रों से सूचना प्राप्त हुई की आरोपी बल्लबगढ में स्थित SMS हॉस्पिटल में भर्ती है।
सूत्रों की सूचना के आधार पर पुलिस टीम हॉस्पिटल पहुंची जहां पर पता चला कि आरोपी रात के प्रकरण की चोट के कारण हस्पताल में भर्ती है।
आरोपी की निगरानी के लिए अस्पताल में पुलिस कर्मी नियुक्त किए गए हैं उपचार उपरांत आरोपी को हत्या के मामले में गिरफ्तार करके पूछताछ की जाएगी ।
इस मामले में आरोपी सोनू के चाचा तेजपाल को भी राउंड अप किया गया है पूछताछ की जा रही है उसके बाद आरोपी के खिलाफ कानून के तहत कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
पोस्टमार्टम उपरांत दाह संस्कार के लिए शव को परिजनों के हवाले किया गया है। इस मामले में शामिल अन्य आरोपियों की पुलिस द्वारा जल्द गिरफ्तार किंस् जाएगें।
