Faridabad News 15 August 2021: पुलिस आयुक्त ओपी सिंह द्वारा संघेय अपराधों में शामिल आरोपियों की धरपकड़ कर जल्द से जल्द पीड़ित को न्याय दिलाने के दिशा निर्देश के तहत कार्रवाई करते हुए क्राइम ब्रांच डीएलएफ की टीम ने अट्ठारह महीने के बच्चे की हत्या के आरोपी को गिरफ्तार किया है।
गिरफ्तार किए गए आरोपी की पहचान नरेश उर्फ बिन्नू निवासी गांव खेड़ी कला, सेक्टर 56 फरीदाबाद के रूप में हुई है। आरोपी की उम्र केवल 22 वर्ष है और वह नशा करने का आदि है।
दिनांक 6 फरवरी 2021 को थाना सेक्टर 58 में हत्या की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज हुआ था जिसमें आरोपी नरेश उर्फ विन्नू ने एक योजनाबद्ध तरीके से बच्चे की हत्या कर दी थी।
क्राइम ब्रांच प्रभारी ने बताया कि थाना सेक्टर 58 में शान मोहम्मद ने एक शिकायत अपने 18 महीने के लड़के कि पानी में डुबोकर मारने से संबंध में दी जिसपर तुरंत मुकदमा दर्ज कर आरोपी की तलाश शुरू कर दी।
दिनांक 14 अगस्त 2021 को आरोपी के खिलाफ गुप्त सूत्रों से सूचना मिली जिस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को फरीदाबाद से गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
आरोपी ने बताया कि वह नशे का आदी है और जीवन यापन करने के लिए उसके पास कोई रोजगार नहीं है वह बेरोजगार है। उसने बताया कि वह शान मोहम्मद का पड़ोसी है। आरोपी का किसी न किसी बात को लेकर पीड़ित परिवार से झगड़ा चलता रहता था। वारदात से दो दिन पहले आरोपी ने मृतक बच्चे की 8 वर्षीय बहन से आरोपी ने ₹50 छीन लिए थे जिसकी वजह से आरोपी के साथ मृतक बच्चे के पिता शान मोहम्मद का झगड़ा हो गया था।
आरोपी इसी बात को लेकर शान मोहम्मद के साथ रंजिश रखने लगा और इसी रंजिश के चलते उसने दिनांक 5 अगस्त 2021 को शाम के वक्त शान मोहम्मद के लड़के को खेलते हुए अकेला पाया और मौका देखकर आरोपी उसे अपने फ्लैट पर ले गया। बाद में ऊपर छत पर ले जाकर पानी की टंकी में डुबोकर मार दिया। आरोपी ने पानी की टंकी को तार से बांध दिया ताकि किसी को पता ना चले।
काफी देर तक जब माता-पिता को अपना बच्चा दिखाई नहीं दिया तो उन्होंने उसकी तलाश करनी शुरू कर दी और काफी समय तक तलाश करने के पश्चात उन्होंने अपने बच्चे की लाश को उसी टंकी से बरामद कर लिया।
वारदात को अंजाम देने के पश्चात आरोपी वहां से फरार हो गया पुलिस की गिरफ्त से बचने के लिए आरोपी जगह बदल बदल कर आने लगा। कड़ी मशक्कत करने के पश्चात पुलिस टीम ने आरोपी को तकनीकी सहायता व गुप्त सूत्रों से मिली सूचना के आधार पर गिरफ्तार कर लिया।
आरोपी के कब्जे से बच्चे के गले के बांधे धागे और ताबीज बरामद किए गए हैं।
पूछताछ पूरी होने के पश्चात पुलिस द्वारा आरोपी को माननीय अदालत में पेश कर नीमका जेल भेज दिया गया है।
