Palwal News 18 June 2021: एक गाना काफी मशहूर है 'ये अंधा कानून है', कुछ पुलिसकर्मी आज भी इस गाने को सही साबित हैं और जनता का पुलिस पर से भरोसा उठ जाता है.
पलवल पुलिस के एसपी दीपक गहलावत बहुत ईमानदार और जनप्रिय पुलिस अफसर कहे जाते हैं लेकिन Police Chowki Kithwadi Pull Palwal के पुलिसकर्मियों ने अंधेरगर्दी मचा रखी है, एसपी साहब को यहाँ पर ध्यान देने की जरूरत है.
1 जून 2021 को पलवल जिले के Police Chowki Kithwadi Pull Palwal क्षेत्र के इस्लामाबाद गाँव में एक परिवार वालों को उनकी ही बहू और उसके मायकेवाले और अन्य गुंडों ने रात में अचानक घर में घुसकर हमला किया और परिवार के 6-7 सदस्यों को लाठी डंडों से जमकर पीटा, किसी को फोन ना कर सकें, इसलिए आरोपियों ने एक मोबाइल भी छीन लिया और उसे अपने साथ ले गए, कुछ फोटो देखिये, जिसे देखकर आपको अंदाजा हो जाएगा कि इन्हें कितनी बुरी तरह से पीटा गया है -

इस वारदात के बाद घायलों ने पुलिस को फोन किया लेकिन उनकी कोई मदद नहीं हुई, समय पर मुकदमा भी दर्ज नहीं किया गया, पुलिसकर्मियों ने आरोपी पक्ष के साथ सेटिंग करके पीड़ितों को ही परेशान करना शुरू दिया और उनपर समझौता करने का दबाव बनाने लगे और ना मानने पर मुकदमा दर्ज करने की धमकी देने लगे, जिसे बाद में पूरा भी किया।
पीड़ितों ने Police Chowki Kithwadi Pull Palwal में न्याय ना मिलता देख हमारे चैनल से संपर्क किया, हमनें उच्च अधिकारियों से संपर्क किया तो उनके निर्देश पर वारदात के 10 दिन बाद 10 जून को IPC 148, 149, 323, 452 के तहत मुकदमा नंबर 432 (पलवल कैम्प थाना) दर्ज कर दिया और इसकी जांच किठवाड़ी पुल पुलिस चौकी को ही दी गयी जिनकी आरोपियों से पहले ही सेटिंग हो चुकी थी. गौर करने वाली बात ये थी कि आरोपी पीड़ितों का एक मोबाइल फोन भी छीनकर ले गए थे लेकिन यह सेक्शन नहीं जोड़ी गयी. मोबाइल का लोकेशन ट्रेस करके इसकी जांच की जा सकती थी लेकिन ऐसा नहीं किया गया क्योंकि सेटिंग हो चुकी थी.
मुकदमा दर्ज होने के बाद Police Chowki Kithwadi Pull Palwal को आरोपियों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए थी लेकिन उन्होंने ऐसा कुछ नहीं किया, उल्टा 14 जून को पीड़ितों के खिलाफ ही मुकदमा दर्ज करके इसे क्रॉस केस बना दिया गया ताकि पीड़ितों को जेल भेजने का डर दिखाकर समझौता कराया जा सके. यह FIR 445 IPC 148, 149, 323, 506 के तहत दर्ज की गयी और मारपीट का आरोप लगाया गया. इस मुक़दमे में रामु और लक्ष्मण का नाम भी डाल दिया गया जो उस दिन दिल्ली में थे और उनके पास CCTV फुटेज भी है.
अब सवाल ये है कि अगर आरोपी महिला के साथ मारपीट की गयी थी तो उसने इसकी शिकायत तुरंत पुलिस थाने में क्यों नहीं की, पुलिस ने तुरंत FIR दर्ज क्यों नहीं की, 14 दिन बाद 14 जून को मुकदमा क्यों दर्ज किया गया, आरोपी महिला ने अपने रिश्तेदारों और मायके वाले गुंडों को बुलाकर घर में घुसकर हमला क्यों करवाया।
अब किठवाड़ी पुल पुलिस चौकी के ASI धर्मपाल पीड़ितों को धमका रहे हैं कि चौकी में आकर जमानत करवा लो वरना अच्छा नहीं होगा। मतलब बेचारे अपने घर में पिटे भी और जमानत भी करवाएं वरना जेल जाएं, जिन्होंने घर में घुसकर मारा और मोबाइल फोन छीनकर ले गए उनके खिलाफ कार्यवाही नहीं हो रही है. पीड़ितों में एसपी से न्याय की गुहार लगाई है और इस मामले की जाँच क्राइम ब्रांच से करने की मांग की है, एसपी ने SHO कैम्प के पास शिकायत ट्रांसफर की है, अब देखते हैं कि पीड़ितों के साथ न्याय होता है या उन्हें अंधे कानून कायम रखने के इक्षुक किठवाड़ी पुल पुलिस चौकी के अन्याय का शिकार होना पड़ेगा।

My marriage could be broken because of a stupid mistake and my life was on the line. I remembered when I was going to get the results of my re-test I called him up again and told him that I was going to get my results today and his reply was “so" and that everything will be as he explained. I knew then that he was getting tired of me calling him, maybe I was wrong. Well I got my results and the first person I called was him - again. As he said hello I started to cry and cry. I could not believe it.
