आरोपियो की पहचान रोहन मिलन विहार जगतपुर, बुराड़ी दिल्ली व विकास निवासी शालीमार दिल्ली सचिन @ मूलचंद मीरगंज जिला बरेली UP हाल किरायेदार शालीमार दिल्ली, मोनी गोरिन्दा जिला उन्नाव UP हाल शालीमार बाग दिल्ली,अर्जुन दरियागंज जिला एटा UP हाल शालीमार दिल्ली सुरजीत बेला जिला सीतामढ़ी बिहार शालीमार दिल्ली सोनू @ जोनी भलस्वा दिल्ली हाल शालीमार दिल्ली के रुप में हुई है।
प्रभारी क्राइम ब्रांच सेठी मलिक ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि दिनांक 4 मार्च 2021 को उनको आरोपी अर्जुन ने सूचना दी थी के वह एक कंपनी में काम करते हैं जो कि प्रीतमपुरा से कंपनी के 36 लाख 40 हजार रुपए लेकर आ रहे थे टोल प्लाजा के नजदीक नाम पता ना मालूम कुछ लोगों ने आंखों में मिर्ची डालकर पैसे लूट लिए और फरार हो गए।
जिस पर तुरंत मामला थाना सराय ख्वाजा में लूट के तहत दर्ज किया गया था।
मामले को गंभीरता से लेते प्रभारी क्राइम ब्रांच बदरपुर बॉर्डर ने जब मामले की गहनता से अध्ययन किया तो मामला कुछ और ही निकला।
उन्होंने बताया कि जिन दो लोगों ने लूट होने की शिकायत दी थी असलियत में वही मुख्य साजिशकर्ता थे।
आरोपी अर्जुन और आरोपी रोहन वुडपैकर नाम की कंपनी में प्रीतमपुरा में काम करते हैं जो कि कंपनी के पैसों को फरीदाबाद व अन्य जगह पहुंचाने का काम करते थे।
आरोपियों के मन में एक दिन लालच आया और उन्होंने योजना बनाई कि जिस दिन वह ज्यादा पैसा लेकर जाएंगे उस दिन वारदात को अंजाम देंगे।
अपने अन्य साथियों को इस संबंध में बताकर और उन्होंने 4 मार्च को वारदात करने की योजना बना डाली।
आरोपियों ने अपने अन्य दोस्तों को बता दिया था कि जब वह टोल प्लाजा के नजदीक आए तब तुम लोग हमारी आंखों में मिर्च डाल देना और पैसों को लूट कर फरार हो जाना।
जांच में सामने आया कि सुरजीत विकास और सचिन ने अपने किसी पड़ोसी की स्कूटी मांग कर उस पर सवार होकर पैसा लूटने के लिए फरीदाबाद आए थे।
आरोपी सोनू उर्फ जॉनी शालीमार गांव में ही रुक कर एक दूसरे की लोकेशन बताने का काम कर रहा था।
इंस्पेक्टर सेठी मलिक ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि उनकी टीम ने आरोपी रोहन गाँव बुराड़ी दिल्ली, विकास, सचिन, मोनी, अर्जुन, सुरजीत, सोनू को गाँव शालीमार दिल्ली से गिरफ्तार किया है।
पुलिस टीम ने आरोपी विकास से 13,82,500, सचिन @ मूलचंद 6000/-, मोनी से 6500/-, अर्जुन से 1,00,000/-, सुरजीत से 14,62,000/-, सोनू @ जॉनी से 2,15,000/- बरामद किये है।
आरोपियो से कुल 31,72,000/-रुपये बरामद हुए है। आरोपियो को आज पेश अदालत कर जेल भेजा गया है।
