उपायुक्त ने मीटिंग में संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि सरकारी अस्पतालों व स्टाफ की जानकारी को स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा अपडेट कर दिया गया है और निजी अस्पतालों व संस्थानों की सूचनाएं अभी सिर्फ 40 प्रतिशत ही मिली हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 वैक्सीन की निगरानी के लिए एक तंत्र विकसित किया गया है। इसके तहत निर्धारित प्रोफोर्मा में अस्पताल, लैब या अन्य संस्थान में काम करने वाले स्टाफ की सूचना अपडेट की जानी हैं। जिस भी कर्मचारी का डाटा अपडेट किया जाए उसका फोटोयुक्त पहचान पत्र (आधार कार्ड छोडक़र) भी अवश्य अपलोड हो।
उन्होंने कहा कि यह सूचना covidvaccinefaridabad@gmail.com पर निर्धारित प्रोफोर्मा में भरकर भी अवश्य भिजवाएं। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने इस संबंध में किसी भी जानकारी के लिए जिला नोडल अधिकारी डॉ. रमेश (मोबाईल नंबर 9891122163) पर भी संपर्क करने के निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने कहा कि टीकाकरण किस-किस का किया जाएगा इस संबंध में बाद में निर्देश जारी किए जाएंगे। इस अभियान को लेकर उपमंडल स्तर व ब्लॉक स्तर पर भी कमेटियां गठित करने के निर्देश दिए। यह कमेटियां संबंधित उपमंडल अधिकारी (ना.) के नेतृत्व में कार्य करेंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जिन लोगों की सूची भेजी जाएगी सिर्फ उन्हीं को कोरोना वैक्सीन दी जाएगी। वैक्सीन देते समय उनकी पहचान के लिए अपलोड किए गए फोटो पहचान पत्र से मिलान भी किया जाएगा।
