फरीदाबाद, 22 नवंबर: फरीदाबाद में ग्राम पंचायतों द्वारा बैंकों में कराई गयी FD पर सरकार ने लॉकडाउन लगा दिया है. यह लॉकडाउन कब खुलेगा अभी तक इसकी जानकारी नहीं है, लेकिन सरकार के इस कदम से सरपंचों में खासी नाराजगी है और इस कदम को तुगलकी फरमान बताया जा रहा है.
बल्लभगढ़ के ब्लॉक डेवलपमेंट और पंचायत अधिकारी की तरफ से एक चिट्ठी जारी किया गया है जिसमें लिखा है - ग्राम पंचायतों के पास उपलब्ध सावधि जमा (एफडी) राशि के इस्तेमाल पर अग्रिम आदेशों तक पूर्ण प्रतिबन्ध लगा दिया गया है.
इसके अलावा यह भी लिखा गया है कि जिला परिषद् के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी फरीदाबाद की अनुमति उपरान्त ही गाँव के विकास कार्यों की अदाहगी की जाएगी।
चेतावनी देते हुए लिखा गया है कि सभी ग्राम सचिवों को लिखा जाता है कि उक्त आदेशों की पालना को दृढ़ता से करें, किसी भी लापरवाही के लिए आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे।
