फरीदाबाद, 15 अगस्त: सेक्टर-12 खेल परिसर में स्वतंत्रता दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित हरियाणा के शिक्षा मंत्री कंवर पाल गुर्जर ने ध्वजारोहण किया ।
माननीय मुख्य अतिथि कंवरपाल गुर्जर ने परेड का निरीक्षण कर सलामी लेकर स्वतंत्रता दिवस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने अपने संबोधन मे सरकार द्वारा चलाई गई जनहित योजनाओं के बारे में बताया।
इस अवसर पर पुलिस कमिश्नर ओपी सिंह के अलावा फरीदाबाद उपायुक्त यशपाल यादव, जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश दीपक गुप्ता, विधायक सीमा त्रिखा, नरेंद्र गुप्ता, राजेश नागर, डीसीपी एनआईटी डॉक्टर अर्पित जैन, डीसीपी मुख्यालय राजेश दुग्गल, अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त सतवीर सिंह मान डीसीपी सेंट्रल मुकेश मल्होत्रा, एसडीएम जितेंद्र कुमार, एसीपी सेंट्रल सतपाल यादव एसीपी मुजेसर दलबीर सिंह, जिला विकास एवं पंचायत अधिकारी राकेश मोर, पूर्व विधायक नगेंद्र भड़ाना, के अलावा विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारी व एनजीओ संस्थाओं के गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित रहे।
मुख्य अतिथि महोदय और पुलिस कमिश्नर ने शहीद स्मारक पर जाकर शहीदों को श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित कर नमन किया।
कार्यक्रम के दौरान फरीदाबाद पुलिस के दो पुरुष टुकड़िया व एक महिला टुकड़ी के द्वारा परेड की गई। इस बार परेड कमांडर के रूप में एसीपी क्राईम अगेंस्ट वूमेन धारणा यादव परेड का नेतृत्व कर रही थी।
स्वतंत्रता दिवस के उपलक्ष में उत्कृष्ट कार्यों के लिए एसआई जगमिंदर, एसआई राकेश, एसआई नवीन, हवलदार प्रेमपाल, हवलदार यूनुस खान, हवलदार सुभाष, सिपाही रहीस खान, सिपाही संजीत कुमार, को सम्मानित किया गया है।
उपरोक्त पुलिस कर्मचारियों ने जान की परवाह किए बगैर विकास दुबे के गुर्गों को हथियार सहित गिरफ्तार किया था।
कोविड-19 के दौरान गरीब एवं सलम बस्तियों में सुबह-शाम खाने के पैकेट पहुंचाने के लिए एसआई प्रदीप, एसआई नरेंद्र कुमार और एएसआई श्री राम अवतार को उनके द्वारा किए गए उत्कृष्ट कार्यो के लिए सम्मानित किया गया है।
धारणा यादव ने बताया कि फरीदाबाद जिले से एक को राष्ट्रपति मेडल और एक को बेहतरीन तफ्तीश के लिए यूनियन होम मिनिस्टर अवार्ड से नवाजा गया है।
पुलिस आयुक्त कार्यालय में तैनात एसआई निहाल को उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए राष्ट्रपति मेडल दिया गया है।
इसके अलावा बेहतरीन तफ्तीश के लिए एसआई अनिल कुमार को यूनियन होम मिनिस्टर अवार्ड दिया गया है।
