फरीदाबाद, 2 सितंबर: फरीदाबाद सेक्टर 12 कोर्ट में वकालत करने वाले और पूर्व में वायु सेना में विंग कमांडर से रिटायर हुए सतिंदर सिंह दुग्गल पर बदमाशों ने हमला किया था जिस पर फरीदाबाद सेंट्रल थाना पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर के दो आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया था जिन्हें जो बेल लेकर जेल से बाहर हैं अब इस मामले में साजिश रचने के पहले आरोपी सुग्रीव सिंह खटाना को भी पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार करके कोर्ट में पेश किया है, जल्द ही इस मामले में साजिश रचने के अन्य आरोपी भी गिरफ्तार होंगे.

वकील सतिंदर दुग्गल सेवा निव्रत विंग कमांडर पर पिछले महीने 15 जुलाई को हुए जान लेवा हमले के मामले में आज हमले की सजिश के तहत सुग्रीव सिंह उर्फ़ डॉक्टर एस॰एस॰ खटाना को गिरफ़्तार कर अदालत में बेल के लिए पेश किया गया.
इसी हमले में एफ़॰आई॰आर॰ दर्ज होने के पश्चात हमले में शामिल दो व्यक्तियों को पूलिस पहले ही गिरफ़्तार कर चुकी है व वे इस समय बेल पर हैं.
15 जुलाई को अदालत में ओज़ोने पार्क आर॰डबल्यू॰ए॰ बनाम एनोंन सिक्यरिटी के मामले में जिरह के बाद लौटते समय सेक्टर बारह और पंद्रह की क्रॉसिंग पर दो मोटरसाइकल हमलावरों ने वकील सतिंदर दुग्गल सेवा निव्रत विंग कमांडर पर हमला किया था. इस मामले में वकील सतिंदर दुग्गल आर॰डबल्यू॰ए॰ की तरफ़ से पेश हुए थे.
इस हमले की एफ़॰आई॰आर॰ में ओज़ोने पार्क सोसाययटी के कुछ लोग हमले की सजिश में शामिल होने के लिए नामजद हैं.
सतिंदर दुग्गल ने बताया कि ओज़ोने पार्क की सॉसाययटी के कुछ लोग पिछले कुछ समय से हमले की योजना बना रहे थे और इस साज़िश में सोसाययटी के कई लोग शामिल है जो समय साथ साथ अनावृत ऐक्सपोस होंगे .
इस हमले के बाद फ़रीदाबाद व दिल्ली के अधिवक्ताओं, सेवा निव्रत फ़ौजियों व ग्रेटर फ़रीदाबाद की कई आर॰डबल्यू॰ए॰ व ग्रेटर फ़रीदाबाद की संस्थाओं व कई समाज सेवियों में रोष है तथा वे इस मामले को मॉनिटर कर रहे है व सब मिलकर बी॰जे॰पी॰ के सर्वोच्च नेताओं से मिलकर कुछ राजनेताओं के द्वारा इस मामले में दख़ल को भी संज्ञान में लाएँगे.
