Faridabad News 9 August 2021: पुलिस चौकी दयालबाग की टीम ने इनवर्टर मैकेनिक के साथ मारपीट करने के जुर्म में आरोपी दिनेश को गिरफ्तार किया है।
पुलिस को दी अपनी शिकायत में पीड़ित गौरव ने बताया कि उसकी दयालबाग रोड पर इनवर्टर बैटरी की एक दुकान है।एक हफ्ते पहले आरोपी ने उसकी दुकान अपना इनवर्टर ठीक करने को दिया था।
कल दोपहर जब आरोपी अपना इनवर्टर वापिस लेने के लिए आया तो दुकानदार ने उससे इनवर्टर ठीक करने की फीस के रूप में 1850 रुपए मांगे जिस पर आरोपी पैसे देने में आनाकानी करने लगा।
आरोपी ने पैसे देने से बचने के लिए बहाना बनाया और दुकानदार से कहा कि वह अपने घर पर इनवर्टर लगाकर चेक करेगा और यदि वह ठीक हुआ तो उसके बाद ही पैसे देगा जिस पर दुकानदार ने कहा कि वह दुकान पर इनवर्टर को चेक कर सकता है।
जब आरोपी के पास कोई और बहाना नहीं बचा तो इस बात को लेकर आरोपी ने दुकानदार के साथ झगड़ा करना शुरू कर दिया और उसके साथ मारपीट की। पीड़ित के साथ मारपीट करने के पश्चात आरोपी ने अपने दो अन्य साथियों अमित तथा प्रवीण उर्फ पप्पी को मौके पर बुलाया और फिर से दुकानदार के साथ मारपीट की।
इसके पश्चात आरोपी दिनेश पीड़ित दुकानदार की जेब से 1500 रूपए छीनकर ले गया तथा उसे जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी।
दुकानदार के साथ घटित हुई यह घटना सीसीटीवी में कैद हो गई।
पीड़ित की शिकायत पर थाना सूरजकुंड में हत्या की कोशिश, लड़ाई–झगड़ा व स्नैचिंग की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज करके आरोपी की तलाश शुरू की गई।
पुलिस चौकी प्रभारी विनोद कुमार की टीम ने सीसीटीवी की फुटेज के आधार पर लक्कड़पुर के रहने वाले आरोपी दिनेश को रात्रि 9 बजे उसके गांव से गिरफ्तार करके पूछताछ शुरू कर दी जिसमें आरोपी ने पीड़ित के साथ मारपीट की वारदात को कबूल किया।
आरोपी लक्कड़पुर में जिम चलाता है और जिम संचालक होने का रोब दिखाते हुए उसने पीड़ित के साथ मारपीट की थी।
पुलिस ने आरोपी के कब्जे से 1500 रुपए बरामद किए हैं।
आरोपी को अदालत में पेश करके जेल भेज दिया गया है तथा आरोपी के दो अन्य साथियों की तलाश करके उन्हें जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा.
