फरीदाबाद, 24 अगस्त। ओल्ड फरीदाबाद मार्किट में व्याप्त मूलभूत सुविधाओं की कमी को लेकर व्यापार मंडल के चेयरमैनों व सातों प्रधानों का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी नेता लखन कुमार सिंगला के नेतृत्व में नगर निगम आयुक्त यशपाल यादव से मिला और उन्हें ओल्ड फरीदाबाद बाजार में व्याप्त समस्याओं से अवगत करवाया।
इस दौरान व्यापारियों ने बकायदा एक लिखित ज्ञापन भी निगमायुक्त को सौंपा। इस मौके पर समाजसेवी लखन कुमार सिंगला व व्यापार मंडल के पदाधिकारियों ने निगमायुक्त को बताया कि कोरोना महामारी के बाद अब बाजार पूरी तरह से खुलने लगे है और त्यौहारों का सीजन भी शुरू हो गया है, ऐसे में दुकानदारों को बेहतर व्यापार होने की उम्मीद है, लेकिन मार्किट में मूलभूत सुविधाओं की कमी के चलते ग्राहक बाजारों में आने से कतराते है।
उन्होंने बताया कि मार्किट में लाईट की व्यवस्था न होने के कारण अक्सर चौक-चौराहों पर अंधेरा रहता है, जिसके चलते अक्सर जहां चोरियां होने का खतरा रहता है इसलिए बाजारों में लाईट की व्यवस्था की जाए वहीं बाजारों में सीवरेज सिस्टम व साफ-सफाई का भी बुरा हाल है यहां साफ सफाई को सुचारू करवाया जाए।
व्यापारियों ने बताया कि पूरे ओल्ड बाजार में कोई भी सरकारी शौचालय नहीं है, जो है, वह बंद पड़े है, जिसके चलते अक्सर खरीदारी करने आने वाले ग्राहकों खासकर महिलाओं को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता है इसलिए यहां शौचालय की व्यवस्था की जाए और उनका बेहतर रखरखाव भी करवाया जाए। उन्होंने बताया कि ओल्ड फरीदाबाद बाजार में पार्किंग एक बड़ी समस्या है, पार्किंग की व्यवस्था न होने के कारण अक्सर यहां बाजार में जाम लगा रहता है, जिसके चलते ग्राहक यहां खरीदारी करने से कतराता है इसलिए बाजार में पार्किंग की व्यवस्था करवाई जाए।
व्यापारियों ने निगमायुक्त को पार्किंग के लिए सुझाव देते हुए बताया कि वर्ष 2012 में बाढ मोहल्ले की शिफ्ट गई सब्जी मंडी की जगह पूरे तरीके से खाली पड़ी है इसलिए नगर निगम यहां मल्टी स्टोरी पार्किंग की व्यवस्था कर सकता है।
व्यापारियों की समस्याएं एवं सुझाव सुनने के बाद निगमायुक्त यशपाल यादव ने कहा कि शहर में लोगों को मूलभूत सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाना नगर निगम का कार्य है और इस कार्य के लिए नगर निगम व व्यापारियों को मिलकर कार्य करना चाहिए ताकि इन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि वह त्यौहारों के सीजन से पूर्व ही इन समस्याओं का समाधान करवाएंगे और जहां तक बड़ी समस्याओं की बात है तो उन्हें चार से छह माह में पूरा करवाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा।
