फरीदाबाद, 29 जुलाई: कोतवाली थाना क्षेत्र में नीलम बाटा रोड स्थित द अर्बन होटल एंड रेस्टोरेंट में बुधवार रात छापेमारी कर पुलिस ने 44 लोगों को अनैतिक कार्य करते हुए गिरफ्तार किया है। होटल में बड़ी संख्या में शराब की बोतलें और शराब से भरे हुए गिलास भी मिले हैं।
गिरफ़्तार किए गए 44 आरोपियों में 29 युवक तथा 15 युवतियां है जिसमें ईश, पवन, राम, मनोज, अर्जुन, अंचित, राजीव, दुष्यंत, धनंजय, पवन, सुनील, विकास, रोहित, अंजनी, उज्जवल, जसबीर, कपिल, अनिल, पुनीत, अरुण, अनिल, नवीन, शिवम राजेश, लक्की, अनिल, समरजीत, कमल तथा राकेश नामक युवक शामिल है। इसमें रोहित पलवल का रहने वाला है तथा बाकी सभी युवक फरीदाबाद के रहने वाले हैं। निशा सहित सभी युवती दिल्ली की है।
कोतवाली थाना प्रभारी को गुप्त सूत्रों के सहायता से सूचना प्राप्त हुई थी कि होटल के अंदर कुछ युवक युवतियां अनैतिक कार्य कर रहे हैं। यदि होटल पर रेड की जाए तो उन्हें रंगे हाथों पकड़ा जा सकता है.
थाना प्रभारी ने इसकी सूचना उच्च अधिकारियों को दी जिस पर पुलिस आयुक्त ने थाना कोतवाली प्रभारी को इसके खिलाफ सख्त से सख्त कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।
पुलिस आयुक्त श्री ओपी सिहं के दिशा निर्देश के पर कार्यवाही करते हुए कोतवाली थाना प्रभारी अर्जुन ने होटल पर रेड करने के लिए पुलिस टीम का गठन किया और दो पुलिसकर्मियों को नकली ग्राहक बनाकर होटल में भेजा ताकी आरोपियों को रंगे हाथों गिरफ्तार किया जा सके।
थाना प्रभारी ने 2 हजार रुपए का नोट साइन करके पुलिसकर्मी को दे दिया जो ग्राहक बनकर होटल में गया। होटल की बेसमेंट में पाया गया कि वहां पर एक पार्टी चल रही है जिसमें 40 से अधिक युवक-युवतियों शामिल है। वहां पर पार्टी कर रहे युवक-युवतियां अश्लील नाच कर रहे थे और वहां पर मौजूद दो कमरों में युवक–युवतियां अश्लील हरकतें करते पाए गए।
ग्राहक बनकर गए पुलिसकर्मी ने सबूत के तौर पर थाना प्रभारी द्वारा दिया गया 2 हजार रुपए का नोट वहां पर मौजूद युवती जिसका नाम निशा था उसको दे दिया। इसके पश्चात इसकी सूचना थाना प्रभारी को दी गई जिसके पश्चात थाना प्रभारी ने पूरी पूरी फोर्स के साथ रात करीब 10 बजे होटल में दबिश दे दी।
इस दौरान कई युवक युक्तियां युवतियों को शराब के नशे में अश्लील नृत्य तथा कुछ को अश्लील कृत्य करते हुए आपत्तिजनक हालत में पाया गया।
गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए कुछ ने अपने आपको कमरे में बंद कर लिया जिसके पश्चात पुलिस ने कमरे की कुंडी को तोड़कर उन्हें बाहर निकाला।
पार्टी आयोजकों ने सिफारिश लगवाने की कोशिश करी परंतु पुलिस के आगे किसी की तिकड़म नहीं चली, सभी आरोपीयो के खिलाफ थाना कोतवाली मे मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया।
पुलिस पूछताछ में सामने आया कि ईश नाम के व्यक्ति ने यह पार्टी आयोजित की थी जिसने निशा नाम की युवती के माध्यम से दिल्ली और नोएडा से युवतियों को पार्टी में बुलाया गया था।
आरोपियों के खिलाफ सरकारी आदेशों की अवहेलना करने, अश्लील हरकत करने, अनैतिक व्यापार निवारण अधिनियम, आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम तथा एक्साइज एक्ट की धाराओं के तहत थाना कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।
कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी करने पश्चात आरोपियों को आज अदालत में पेश किया जाएगा।
