Faridabad News 9 June 2021: पुलिस उपायुक्त श्रीमती अंशु सिंघला, पुलिस उपायुक्त, एनआईटी, ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश के तहत फरीदाबाद के खोरी गांव से अतिक्रमण (Khori Colony Enchroachment Demolishan) हटाने के लिए पुलिस आयुक्त द्वारा की गई बैठक उपरांत कहा कि नगर निगम फ़रीदाबाद द्वारा जब भी इस सम्बंध में कार्रवाई की जाएगी उन्हें आवश्यक पुलिस सुरक्षा मुहैय्या कराया जाएगा।
पुलिस आयुक्त की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित इस बैठक में माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश का गहनता से अध्ययन करके उनकी अनुपालना करवाने संबंधित दिशा निर्देश जारी किए गए।
श्रीमती सिंघला ने कहा कि स्थानीय पुलिस के अलावा आवश्यकतानुसार अतिरिक्त पुलिस फ़ोर्स बाहर से मँगाया जाएगा और किसी को माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के आदेशों के रास्ते में नहीं आने दिया जाएगा।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस संदर्भ में ज़िला उपायुक्त एवं निगम आयुक्त से लगातार बात चल रही है।
निगम के एक अधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए बयान पर उन्होंने कहा कि ये तथ्यों से परे है। प्रशासन आपसी समन्वय और ज़रूरी इंतज़ाम में लगा है। कार्रवाई के दिन और इसके ख़त्म होने तक पुलिस बल पूरी संख्या और दम-खम से अतिक्रमण-हटाओ दस्ते को असामाजिक तत्वों से सुरक्षा उपलब्ध कराएगी।
श्रीमती सिंघला ने खोरीवासियों से अपील की है कि माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेशों का सम्मान करे, उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देश अनुसार अतिक्रमण को हटाया जाना जरूरी है (Khori Colony Enchroachment Demolishan is necessary)। यदि कोई सरकारी कार्य मे बाधा डालने की कोशीश करेगा तो उसके खिलाफ कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए पुलिस हिंसक तत्वो से सख्ती से निपटेगी।
