फरीदाबाद, 14 मार्च: अशोक गोयल उर्फ़ अशोक कालिया के खिलाफ एक नाबालिक युवती ने छेड़छाड़ के आरोप लगाए थे जिसपर कार्यवाही करते हुए फरीदाबाद महिला थाना पुलिस सेक्टर 16 ने पॉस्को एक्ट 8, IPC 323, 506 के तहत मुकदमा नंबर 40 दर्ज कर लिया गया है.
आपको बता दें क़ि एक महिला ने बताया कि वह अशोक गोयल के यहाँ झाड़ू-पोछे का काम करती थी, दोनों के बीच शारीरिक रिश्ते भी हैं. अशोक गोयल ने उसे फ्लैट में हिस्सेदार भी बना रखा है. महिला और उसकी बेटी ऊपर रहते हैं. नीचे अशोक गोयल का ऑफिस है. महिला ने बताया कि अशोक गोयल उसके साथ मारपीट भी करते हैं, उसने मारपीट का एक वीडियो भी दिखाया जिसमें अशोक गोयल उसे कुबरी से पीट रहे हैं.
इस मामले में उसकी बेटी की शिकायत पर नया मोड़ आ गया. सेक्टर-16 महिला थाने में शिकायत लेकर पहुंची नाबालिक ने बताया क़ि अशोक गोयल उसके पीछे टच करते हैं और उसके साथ रिलेशन बनाने का दबाव डालते हैं और उसे धमकी दी जाती है. देखिये वीडियो -
इस मामले में अशोक गोयल ने कहा कि महिला के साथ उनकी करवा चौथ की फोटो भी है, उन्होंने खुद यह फोटो दिखाई, उन्होंने महिला के साथ रिश्ते का कबूलनामा भी किया हालाँकि बेटी के आरोपों को उन्होंने निराधार बताया। हालाँकि वह नाबालिक युवती को पुलिस में शिकायत करते देखकर सौमझौते के लिए गिड़गिड़ा भी रहे थे और उसे मीडिया में बयान ना देने की प्रार्थना कर रहे थे. ऊपर वीडियो में उनका बयान और उनकी सारी हरकत कैद है.
फरीदाबाद पुलिस ने मुकदमा दर्ज कर लिया है, अब देखते हैं कि उनकी गिरफ्तारी कब तक होती है या इस मामले में कोई समझौता होता है क्योंकि आरोप लगाने वाली नाबालिक युवती की माँ और अशोक गोयल फ्लैट के हिस्सेदार भी हैं और दोनों के बीच फिजिकल रिलेशन भी हैं.
