इस मामले में दो आरोपियों मुकेश उर्फ भीमा व मोनू उर्फ मोहित को पुलिस ने पहले ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया था। दोनों आरोपियों को 4 फरवरी 2021 को अदालत में पेश करके 7 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया।
पुलिस रिमांड के दौरान आरोपियों ने हत्या की बात कबूली जिसमें मृतक की पत्नी और मृतक के भांजे का भी वारदात में शामिल होना पाया गया।
आपको बता दें कि 22 जनवरी 2021 को पल्ला के रहने वाले टेलर एजाज खान की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी।
मृतक की पत्नी ने पुलिस को दी गई शिकायत में बताया कि उसका पति एजाज खान टेलर का काम करता है। 22 जनवरी की शाम किसी अनजान व्यक्ति ने उसके पति की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी थी।
महिला की शिकायत पर थाना पल्ला में हत्या और अवैध हथियार की धाराओं के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया।
पुलिस आयुक्त श्री ओ पी सिंह के निर्देशों पर कार्य करते हुए अपराधियों की धरपकड़ के लिए नवीन नगर चौकी प्रभारी उप-निरीक्षक राकेश कुमार की अगुवाई में टीम का गठन किया गया जिसमें एएसआई राकेश, एएसआई विक्रम, कांस्टेबल राजीव, कॉन्स्टेबल सन्नी, कॉन्स्टेबल अनुज, कॉन्स्टेबल जोगिंदर व महिला कॉन्स्टेबल बीना का नाम शामिल है।
पुलिस चौकी की टीम ने कड़ी मशक्कत करते हुए कई जगह छापेमारी की और गोली मारने वाले दोनों आरोपियों को 3 फरवरी 2021 को लक्कड़पुर से गिरफ्तार करके पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया।
पुलिस रिमांड के दौरान आरोपियों से वारदात के बारे में गहनता से पूछताछ की गई और मुकेश उर्फ भीमा के दिल्ली के मकान से एक देसी कट्टा, दो जिंदा रौंद व एक खाली खोल बरामद किया गया व आरोपी मोनू उर्फ मोहित के कब्जे से वारदात में प्रयोग की गई मोटरसाइकिल भी बरामद की गई।
पूछताछ के दौरान आरोपियों ने बताया कि मृतक एजाज की पत्नी और मृतक के भांजे पिंकू ने एजाज को मारने के लिए उन्हें 5 लाख रुपए देने की बात कही थी जिसमें से उसने 42 हजार रुपए एडवांस दे दिए थे और बाकी के काम होने के पश्चात मिलने वाले थे।
दोनों आरोपियों को दिए गए 42 हजार रुपए में से बचे हुए 4 हजार रुपए भी आरोपियों के कमरे से बरामद किए गए।
आरोपियों के कबूलनामे के पश्चात मृतक की आरोपित पत्नी को भी दिनांक 10 फरवरी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया।
दरअसल 10 साल पहले 43 वर्षीय मृतक टेलर एजाज खान और 32 वर्षीय आरोपित महिला ने लव मैरिज की थी। इनके तीन बच्चे हैं।
मृतक महिला का आरोपी भीमा, मोनू व मृतक एजाज खान के भांजे पिंकू के साथ अवैध संबंध चल रहे थे जिसका पता एजाज खान को चल गया था।
इसी वजह से पति पत्नी का आपस में कई बार झगड़ा भी हुआ। पति को रास्ते से हटाने के लिए पत्नी ने पति की हत्या का षड्यंत्र रचा और आरोपी पिंकू के साथ मिलकर आरोपी भीमा और मोनू को पैसे दिए थे।
आरोपी मुकेश उर्फ भीमा पुत्र ओमप्रकाश जैतपुर दिल्ली का रहने वाला है वहीं आरोपी मोनू उर्फ मोहित पुत्र रामेश्वर दयाल दिल्ली के मीठापुर का रहने वाला है।
दोनों आरोपियों भीमा व मोहित को अदालत में दोबारा पेश करके जेल भेज दिया गया है और आरोपित महिला को महिला सुधार गृह, करनाल भेज दिया गया है।
पुलिस द्वारा आरोपी पिंकू की तलाश की जा रही है जिसे जल्द ही गिरफ्तार किया जाएगा।
