रात करीब 1:00 बजे पुलिस टीम को कंट्रोल रूम से सूचना प्राप्त हुए की एक गाड़ी बहुत तेज स्पीड में बल्लभगढ़ बस स्टैंड की तरफ आ रही है।
सूचना पर कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस टीम ने बस स्टैंड के सामने नाका लगाया ताकि गाड़ी को रोका जा सके।
जब गाड़ी बस स्टैंड के पास पहुंचे तो उसे रुकने का इशारा किया गया परंतु आरोपियों ने गाड़ी से नाका तोड़कर वहां से भागने की कोशिश की।
इसके पश्चात गाड़ी के पीछे मोटरसाइकिल लगाकर उसका पीछा किया गया और अनाज मंडी के पास आरोपियों को काबू कर लिया गया।
जब आरोपियों से पूछताछ की गई तो सामने आया कि दोनों ने शराब पी रखी है। आरोपियों की पहचान पलवल के रहने वाले राहुल और अमित के रूप में की गई है।
आरोपियों के खिलाफ शराब पीकर गाड़ी चलाने के जुर्म में एक्साइज एक्ट के तहत मुकदमा दर्ज किया गया है।
आरोपियों का कोई आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि शराब के नशे में उनसे गलती हो गई।
आरोपियों को अदालत में पेश करके कानून के तहत कार्रवाई अमल में लाई गई और गाड़ी को जब्त कर लिया गया।
