फरीदाबाद, 16 अगस्त: फरीदाबाद: क्राइम ब्रांच ने जिला आगरा यूपी के रहने वाले अंशुल उर्फ पहलवान उर्फ अंशुल बवाना को प्रिजन वैन पर फायरिंग कर मोस्ट वांटेड को छुड़वाने के जुर्म में कल दिनांक 15 अगस्त 2020 को सूचना के आधार पर बाबा मस्तनाथ विश्वविद्यालय रोहतक से गिरफ्तार किया है। फिलहाल आरोपी किराएदार के रूप में जनता विहार मुकुंदपुर दिल्ली रह रहा है।
ACP धारणा यादव ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आरोपी ने अपने अन्य साथियों के साथ मिलकर दिनांक 1 फरवरी 2020 को फरीदाबाद कोर्ट में कैदियों को पेश करके वापिस जाते समय गुरुग्राम फरीदाबाद रोड पर गुरुग्राम पुलिस की प्रिजन वैन पर फायरिंग करके मोस्ट वांटेड अपराधी संदीप उर्फ काला जठेडी को पुलिस कस्टडी से छुड़ाकर भगा ले गए थे। जिस संबंध में आरोपियों के खिलाफ थाना डबुआ में विभिन्न धाराओं सहित मामला दर्ज किया गया था।
पूछताछ पर सामने आया कि वारदात के समय पुलिस के साथ हुई मुठभेड़ के समय मौके पर ही गिरफ्तार हुए मोस्ट वांटेड अपराधी नरेश सेठी के साथ दोस्ती निभाने के लिए तथा अपने दोस्त नरेश सेठी के कहने पर आरोपी अंशुल ने इस वारदात को अपने अन्य साथियों के साथ मिलकर अंजाम दिया था।
गिरफ्तार आरोपी नशे का आदी है और अपराधी किस्म के लोगों के साथ उठना बैठना पसंद करता है। क्राइम ब्रांच ने आरोपी को आज अदालत में पेश कर 4 दिन के पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया है। रिमांड के दौरान आरोपी से वारदात के संबंध में गहनता से पूछताछ की जाएगी।
