फरीदाबाद, 2 जून: लॉक डाउन के दौरान कई राज्यों और बड़े बड़े शहरों में फंसे प्रवासियों को भारतीय रेलवे ने उनके घर पहुंचाया है और अभी यह अभियान जारी है।
रेलवे मंत्री पियूष गोयल ने इस सम्बन्ध में जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में रेलवे दिन-रात देश सेवा में कार्यरत हैं। अब तक रेलवे ने 4,155 श्रमिक ट्रेनों का संचालन कर 57 लाख से अधिक प्रवासी मजदूरों को उनके गृह राज्य पहुँचाया है। साथ में भारतीय रेल 200 अन्य ट्रेनों का संचालन भी कर रही है।

आपकी जानकारी के लिए बता दें कि भारत सरकार ने कोरोना वायरस के संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए 24 मार्च को लॉक डाउन की घोषणा की थी, 22 मार्च को जनता कर्फ्यू लगाया गया था, कई राज्यों ने उसी दिन लॉक डाउन की घोषणा की थी. उसके बाद प्रवासी श्रमिक कई बड़े शहरों में फंस गए जो अपने घर जाना चाहते थे, भारतीय रेलवे ने राज्य सरकारों की मांग पर प्रवासी श्रमिकों के लिए हजारों विशेष श्रमिक ट्रेनें चलाईं।
