फरीदाबाद, 22 अगस्त: पुलिस कमिश्नर ओपी सिंह के दिशा निर्देश पर कार्य करते हुए क्राइम ब्रांच सेक्टर 65 ने लोहा सरिया चोरी की 7 वारदातों को अंजाम देने वाले तीन आरोपियों को काबू किया है।
गिरफ्तार आरोपियों की पहचान रोहन, रवि और आकाश के रूप में हुई है। तीनों आरोपी गांव गदपुरी जिला पलवल के रहने वाले हैं।
क्राइम ब्रांच प्रभारी सेक्टर 65 ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आरोपियों को उनकी टीम ने विशेष सूत्रों से मिली सूचना के आधार पर काबू किया है।
आरोपियों ने जुलाई माह में थाना आदर्श नगर 1, थाना शहर बल्लभगढ़ 1, सेक्टर 58- 1, और अगस्त माह में थाना सदर बल्लभगढ़ 1, सेक्टर 58- 2, आदर्श नगर में 1 लोहा सरिया चोरी करने की वारदात को अंजाम दिया था।
उपरोक्त सभी 7 वारदातों को सुलझाते हुए क्राइम ब्रांच सेक्टर 65 की टीम ने आरोपियों से 5530 किलोग्राम लोहा सरिया, एक ट्रैक्टर और दो ट्रॉली बरामद किए हैं।
पूछताछ पर आरोपियों ने बताया कि पहले लोहा मंडी में ट्रैक्टर ट्रॉली पर लोहा ढोने का काम करते थे लॉकडाउन में नौकरी छूट जाने के कारण आरोपियों ने निर्माणाधीन मकानों से सरिया चोरी करने की वारदात को अंजाम देने लगे थे।
पुलिस ने आज तीनों आरोपियों को अदालत में पेश कर जेल भेज दिया है।
