Faridabad News 3 July 2021: खोरी गांव में नगर निगम की सरकारी जमीन पर प्लॉट काट कर बेचने के आरोप में सूरजकुंड थाना पुलिस ने 16 मुकदमे दर्ज किए हैं।
भोले भाले लोगों को सस्ती जमीन के लालच में फंसाकर भूमाफियाओं ने सरकारी जमीन को अपना बताकर ओने पौने दामों में बेच दिया।
भूमाफियाओं का शिकार होने वाले खोरी वासियों ने प्लॉट के पैसे नगद दिए थे। जब उन्होंने डीलरों से जमीन की रजिस्ट्री के बारे में बात की तो वह आनाकानी करने लगे।
नगर निगम द्वारा जब तोड़फोड़ की कार्रवाई शुरू की जाने की प्रक्रिया के दोरान लोगों को अहसास हुआ कि भूमाफियाओं ने उन्हें सरकारी जमीन दी थी जिसके लिए उनके प्लॉट की कोई रजिस्ट्री नहीं हो सकती थी।
कल थाना सूरजकुंड में भूमाफियाओं की धोखाधड़ी से पीड़ित लोगों ने माफिया के खिलाफ शिकायत दी। जिनमे 16 भूमाफियाओं का नाम शामिल है।
सूरजकुंड में धोखाधड़ी की धाराओं के तहत दर्ज मुकदमों में आरोपी डीलर अनंगपाल, सतीश, अमन, कालू, तस्लीम, तेजवीर, गौरव, तेजपाल, बाबू, मास्टर,कल्लम, गुरुजी, प्रवीण इत्यादी के नाम शामिल है।
डॉ अंशु सिंगला डीसीपी एनआईटी ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि झूठ बोलकर धोखाधड़ी से सरकारी जमीन पर प्लाट काट कर बेचने के मामले में अबतक 21 मुकदमे दर्ज किए हैं। इन सभी मुकदमों में पुलिस ने जांच भी शुरू कर दी है। जल्द ही पुलिस इन आरोपियों की धरपकड़ करके कार्रवाई करेगी।
पुलिस की खोरी गांव के लोगों से अपील है कि जिन भी लोगों के साथ धोखाधड़ी हुई है वे लोग सामने आकर पुलिस को अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करवाएं। पुलिस ऐसे सभी भूमाफियाओं के खिलाफ कड़ी से कड़ी कार्रवाई करेगी।
