आरोपी की पहचान जाकिर पुत्र हाकम निवासी तावडू मेवात के रूप में हुई है।
प्रभारी क्राइम ब्रांच सेक्टर 17 ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि उनकी टीम को अपने सूत्रों से गुप्त सुचना मिलीं थी कि BPTP पुल के नजदीक ₹25000 का इनामी बदमाश घूम रहा है जिस पर तुरंत कार्यवाही करते हुए क्राइम ब्रांच सेक्टर 17 की टीम ने अपना साहस का परिचय देते हुए आरोपी को सर्च अभियान चलाकर गिरफ्तार करने में सफलता हासिल की।
उन्होंने बताया कि आरोपी जाकिर को मुकदमा नंबर 77 दिनांक 05.02.2020 U/S 395,397,365 IPC,25-54-59 A.ACT थाना सदर बल्लबगढ़ फरीदाबाद में गिरफ्तार करके माननीय अदालत में पेश करके पुलिस रिमांड पर लिया गया है रिमांड के दौरान आरोपी से लूट के दौरान जो भी हथियार इस्तेमाल किया था उसको बरामद किया जाएगा।
आपको बताते चलें कि आरोपी ने फरवरी 2020 में अपने साथियों युसूफ, वाहिद, शोकिन व शाकीर पहलवान के साथ मिलकर सीकरी गांव के पास से एक आईसर कैंटर लूटने की वारदात को अंजाम दिया था और वहां से फरार हो गए थे। क्राइम ब्रांच सेक्टर 17 की टीम ने उपरोक्त अन्य आरोपियों को इस वारदात में पहले ही गिरफ्तार कर चुकी है।
पूछताछ पर आरोपी ने बताया कि आरोपी के खिलाफ रेवाडी में भी मुकदमे दर्ज है और आरोपी गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए मेवात, UP और राजस्थान आदि में फरारी काट रहा था।
आरोपी लूट के एक मुकदमे में गुरुग्राम जेल में रह चुका है इसके अलावा आरोपी रेवाड़ी में भी डकैती के एक मामले में जेल में रह चुका है।
